Climate Control - Fluttering noise

When I put the fans on, I seem to be getting a fluttering sound from the drivers side air vents. When i turn the fan speed up and down the noise moves slower or faster with it.

Only way I can describe it is if you had a fan that was running, put some thing on the blades and it sounds like that.

Do I need a new heater matrix, fan, sledge hammer for the car?

Have you checked the drivers side vent is secure? Could be the shut off plate Inside is a little loose

There has always been a rattle there thats from the shut off plate that i could not be bothered to fix but this sounds like a fan of some sort?

something in the fan i would say.
i changed my pollen filter, whilst at it i had air lined the filter housing out blowing something into the fan, which made the fluttering noise.

its now gone so presumes its been chopped up LOL
