Climate Control Problem.

I think my climate control is broken.

The bottom 4 bars of the speed thingy dont work anymore.

Can i fix this ? Is this a problem with the climate control panel or is it more of an internal problem ?

I don't know if they sold the display stand alone or the whole climate unit.
