Just wondering if anyone has done it ? is it even possible to convert climate control over to the manual heater controls

It is possible but a lot of work, full loom change,heater box and blower change. Also have to block off the hole in the bulkhead once climate blower box is removed!

So the whole ventilation system is different between the auto and manual versions

Question is, why would you want to? CC is miles better than manual control.

I don't. Just had a random thought today about how the two systems work. (Yes i have not got much to do today)

Looked into doing it the opposite way back when I was trying to make my ph1 nice. Short story is it's a ballache!
