Climate control

Picked up my new 182 yesterday but when i got there i found out that the climate control wasnt working. Checked all fuses their all fine.
The owners manual says it could be a blocked pollen filter, where is this? or anyone elce got a suggestion as to what it could be?

If you have only just got the car i would take it back instead of messing with it. But it could be anything with aircon such as the gas etc.

Best bet is to take it back though.
