I have noticed that my clio 1.2 16v makes a clicking noise, it's only happens at low revs but the noise disappears after 1500 revs. Strangely enough the noise does not happen at idle.
I have recorded the sound of the clicking ticking noise, though you may need to turn your volume up to hear it.
