clio 1.2 extreme HELP PLEASE

I once had a ph1 172 full fat (this is how i know you lot exists!) the second best car i have ever owned. The best is my current a Subaru Legacy B4 Twin turbo. But i have been looking at 182 trophy's ..........very tempting.

I could do with some help my girl friend has a clio 1.2 extreme she got half an i trip stuck in the lighter and decided to dig it out with a hair clip:quiet:...you guessed it sparks..Now the radio does not turn off with the ignition the clock no longer is on apart from if the radio is switched on manually and she has just called to say the washers no longer work?

Ive had a quick look under the bonnet apart from it looking like half the engine is missing (compared to a 2.0) the fuses all seem to be ok?

Any help would be great

have you checked the fuses on the passenger side by the glove box?

are they inside? where abouts its it under a plastic cover? i have looked at the ones under the bonnet all ok.

open the passenger door...

you will see a wee flap at the side of the glovebox

gotcha...

check the fuses first of all...
