Clio 1.2 Modifications

  Clio 182 - RB
Hi all!

I'm new to cliosport.net and i was wondering what you all thought about modifications? I have a 1.2 Clio Dynamique on a 02 plate

Only modification i have done to my car is that I've put a set of Clio 172 alloys on it with 5mm spacers either side on the rear but all of the wheels look too tucked in and i want to bring them out a lot more until there level with the arches, does any body know what size hubcentric wheel spacers i can go up too? Baring in mind the car isn't lowered 'yet', but i would also like to lower the car too; kind of going for the down and out approach really

- I personally thinking 20mm on the front and 15mm on the rear and lowering it on coilovers by 50mm?

All comments welcome

id say 15-16mm spacers all round will make it right. Seen a clio with 172 alloys with 16mm spacers on it looked great.

i would say TA techniks coilovers?

Presume you have 58mm bolt spacing, best to double check though

If youve got a spare £12 though mate i reccomend you upgrade to full membership on here. I did when i first bought mine and the guides, threads etc have gave me so many ideas, solved loads of problems, and saved alot of money using the traders. Best thing to get for your car IMHO

Wouldnt know half the stuff about my car that i do now, if it wasnt for here haha

It's easiest to upload the pictures to photobucket/tinypic etc, then copy the URL of the image (right click on the image after you've uploaded it, then copy image URL/copy image location, then paste it into your post like so:

[.img]paste the url of the image here[/.img] (remove the full stops)
