clio 1.2 not starting (video)

Hi,

Looking for some help, my clio this morning will not start and i need to get out of the house desperatley.

Video below.

For some reason the video didnt pick up the engine noise AT ALL, but can hear me moving the phone about. It DOES sound like its about to turn over, if you look closely you will see the speedo needle vibrating it also makes a buzzing noise while doing this.

Battery is on charge at the moment hopefully it is just that however for some reason with my luck it may be more

Does anyone have any ideas?

Does look like its the battery judging by the clock and that.
Does the turn over sound pretty week??
If its still a strong turn over it could be the imobiliser

i had this problem and it turned out to be a fuse. check them all, off the top of my head it was a red one.
