Clio 1.4 16v whirring sound on acceleration

This is not my video but same noise also not the same engine its the 1.6 version in the video the timestamp included is where the noise happens


not the induction noise but the whining kind of noise after it it occurs in neutral with clutch engaged or disengaged basically it cant be the gear box has to be the engine im thing some kind of pully or it could just be the noise of the car and im overthinking it

I'd be interested in an answer to this. Just bought a 1.4 and is making te same whirring noise. Maybe it's normal

I think it is I watched like 10-15 videos and I can hear it in most of them like these German guys that do I drive Clio 0-100 acceleration and stuff I've drove it for over a year like that and hasn't caused any problems
