what make/brand are they?

BIMECC same as the ones on eBay from maps ltd. A lot of cs members use. Quick search should tell u all u need to know.

Is that 20mm each side or in total so 10mm on each hub as they look quite thin ?

Its 20mm per hub so 40mm width. Had these on the front and 15mm ones on the back sitting on standard 172 wheels and it makes the wheels sit flush with the side of the car. Looks perfect Stance lowered in my opinion. There is a few cars on cs running the same or very similar set up. search flamer on spacers and u will get an idea what it looks like.
