Clio 172 Ph1 bad idle, revs don't drop after clucth

Hi, I have a problem with my PH1. idle is 1100 rpm, or even higher sometimes. Also the revs erratically go from 1500 - 2500 after pressing the clutch while driving. Then sometimes revs stay at 2000 ,sometimes lower, sometimes higher.

After reading the forum I tried changing:

1. Idle Control Valve (new)
2. Intake Gaskets
3. Searched for air leaks (none found)
4. cleaned the throttle body and lubed it multiple times - it moves freely without sticking.

I noticed some axial slack :


Is this the reason ? Any Ideas how to fix it ?
