Clio 172 rear discs help needed

I am looking to change the rear discs on my Clio Ph.2 172 2003.
Looking into EBC catalog there are two products - GD571 and GD573.
Does someone know what is the difference between them and how I can choose the right one for my car? On NL site of EBC they are indicated to be with 75mm and 72mm ABS rings respectively. I am really confused.

I'd just pm George (G172), he should be able to advise and source any brakes you need.

As Stu say's, George is your man, and I wouldn't bother with anything else tbh.
