Clio 172 RSTuner lumpy acceleration

Hi all i am new to the forum and am trying to get some help with my RSTuner
I have an 01 Clio 172 Phase 2
i put the 98 RON calibration on the car and the only problem im having is accelerating feels lumpy, id say its only lumpy until about 3k then it runs sweet till 7.5k
The car only has 98 ron in the tank, the car has relatively new ignition coils and spark plugs.
Im pretty new when it comes to renault sports so any advice would be apreciated!

When were the injectors last changed and were they genuine magnetti marelli? It’s the first thing I’d be looking at if you’ve not got evidence of them being done.
