Clio 182 Engine dead, help for rebuild (PICTURES)

  Clio 182 RB
Hi,
First I have to say I'm french so sorry for my english but I need your help.
So As the tittle said My engine died last week. It seems that my exhaust valves drops in cylinder #3. That happened at 7000 rpm so that's pretty nasty.

Where I live there is no 182 engine to sell so I have to find a cylinder head ( If someone have a good one to sell please PM me!!) and rebuild the engine.
I plan to buy this week :
-16 supertech valves/ inconel exhausts
-uprated valves springs
-Woosner forged pistons
- Acl conrods bearings
- Acl crankshaft bearings
-ARP bolts
-head gasket joints and cambelt kit etc

My car is fairly stock : Rstuner Ron95 map, decat and ktec ss exhaust, ktec induction, stock cams
Where I live (martinique, caraibbean) there is only Ron 95 as fuel so I'd like to know if I can use high compression pistons (12:8) in my setup? Or do I have to buy the 11:8 ones ? Last question, I know that you need aftermarket cams with forged internals but do you think I will see any improvements in driveability with this setup ?
Thanks alot guys !

I wouldn't use high compression pistons if you've only got access to bad fuel, especially if there isn't anyone around who can properly remap the car for you.
Who's rebuilding the engine, are they able to do the machine work needed on the block?

Is it not cheaper to buy an entire engine and have it shipped over?
