Long shot but is this anyone on here? Apparently leaving a car with a livery parked up for a week gets seized these days, I don’t know the area or the road mind you but apparently this is news:

Surely the issue is that it's blocking the foot path, not that it's got a livery?

Open window, police aware sticker, its a dumped car being towed, so no - not news.
Livery is offensively terrible but not an offence.
