Clio 197 / 200 owners, does your car do this?

Clio 200 pops on idle, sounds like a misfire but i'm not sure it is? no warning lights on dash, seems to drive smoothly and revs do not increase/decrease with the popping...

I swear my last 200 did not do this. I've only had this car a few days and i swear it didn't do it when i picked it up either.

You can hear it from within the car, sounds like bass from a speaker banging.

You loose your tax disc holder up there or something?

As i said, you can hear it from within the car quite clearly when sat at lights with radio on low.

My first 200 done this. When sat in the car idling you can here a popping/knocking noise coming from the boot. Almost like someone is tapping in the boot.

My second one didn't do it . Maybe I was missing the small person in the boot!

all RS clios do it that ive seen

All of mine have, 172 Cup 182 and both 197's.
