Clio 197 lack of power

Hi, I have a 2006 197 I am trying to fix, the car starts and runs fine just lacking power I have put my clip on and it comes up with df119 camshaft sensor signal (1.def) - camshaft tooth event, I have replaced the cam sensor, dephaser pulley and the fault code comes back straight away.
Anyone have any info

Timing belt old and stretched? Timing is off even when set correctly?
