Clio 200t EDC Cup tyres - 205/215?

Hi all,
Bought my 200t a couple weeks back and it’s got some snotter eco tyres on that need to get gone - what’s the recommendation?

Anyone had experience with wider tyres I.e. 215’s over 205’s? Come out a bit cheaper and we all love a saving!

I did read over on renaultsport forum the 215's fit fine, my front are getting low so will probably give 215's a try out.

215’s should be fine.
I’ve just gone to 225/45 but on 17’s as the 215/40/17 just had a little too much of a stretch look for my liking.

Think I’d better post this little update.
While changing my wheels for track on Saturday I noticed the new 225’s have been rubbing slightly, I’ve not heard any scrubbing though so it must be very slight.

Yeah 215 will be fine, if you do intend in lowering the car the 215’s will also be fine. You might struggle on 225’s depending on the spring set up.
