Clio 2014 fuel gauge problem

I have a Clio 2014 dynamique with a fuel dial issue...... no matter how much petrol I put it’s not registering on the needle.... which means I don’t know how much fuel I have in .... it’s gone all the way to full but isn’t going down with miles done ..... also the full range to empty isn’t working on the dash ... just showing 4 dots today..... thanks all

Sorry it’s showing miles left and mpg it’s fuel consumption that shows 4 dots ....
