clio alternator help or advice!!!!!!!!!

hey guys, need some help on my clio alternator. it is a l reg 1.8 rsi. on engine start up i am getiing a loud squealing noise and as the engine gets warmer it seems to get quieter and then eventually disappears, seems to be coming from the alternator or very close to it anyway. i have changed the belt and had it tensioned but its still there. any ideas guys?

possiby a tensioner as apposed to a belt. Get the tensioner for the aux belt replaced as this is usually the one to make noises.
