Clio badge plugs

Good afternoon!

Whilst having a beer in the sun and making a plan to polish the Clio I thought I'd whip off the rear badge. Definitely needs a good clean behind it but the plugs that hold it are broken, anyone know if you can still get replacements or how best to reattach the badge? Thanks!

They look like Raw plugs to me.
My badge plugs are black and much smaller than what you show there.

The genuine are small black plugs. Will see if I can find the part number.

While at it polished the badge as it was as dirty as the paint behind it..
