Clio boot key

I used to have a clio RT and now have a valver and on both I have no key to get into the boot? Is there supposed to be another key for the boot lock or is the ignition key supposed to open it? Its just Ive had my car de-locked and I cant get in of the battery dies at the mo!! Sam

on mine, the ignition key opens the boot too!

The tailgate lock normally becomes seized due to all the road grime being kicked up at the back of the car and lack of use due to central locking, hence why it stops working.
