Clio Bumber..Take off

Hi
One of my headlight cases is broken and i need to fit a new one but in order to do this i need to take the front bumber off.
Was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on taking it off?...

Its a MkII Clio 51 plate...

If the bumper is like the 172 there are two fasteners on slam panel, unscrew the arch liners, undo bolts attaching to wings, then unclip from the wings. Pay your tenner for membership then you'll be able to see the guide.
