Shame there a few mistakes in there.

1) AUX belt is chnaged at 36k and 72/5years with the cambelt anyone who doens't changed the aux belt with the cambelts stupid as it should never be reused.

2) Clutches can last way longer than 60k even with hard driving (so long as you blimp etc)

3) Mechanical warenties aren't that difficult to come by (doen't mean there any good mind you)

4) The new TDC sensor is fine.

5) Arguable the 172 isn't an upgrade form the williams.

6) Prices I woulnd't say are firming up.

7) Exhaust copy cat parts are availiable

8) Price for the rear disks is for a part not each. Plus some prices ahve chnaged a bit.

9) The price for the 72k service isn't including a cambelt.

Still not a bad guide. HOpefully I'll finish mine off tonight and get it up (its a bit longer though).

The aux belt at 36k was one thing i forgot in mine.

Now edited mine by adding a few bits, taking some bits out and mentioning the aux belt change.
