Nice. I need a bit of that at the rear quarter too. Not cheap I expect

I wish I was good enough to do stuff like this myself, I have no idea unfortunately and ended spending all the time lol

That’s a fair comment, I think if had a track car I would be more adventurous and try stuff myself. My ocd is terrible with cars

Thats exactly what im getting done to mine apart from the bumper, booked in for April.Cant wait,as its been bugging me for ages!.
Thats a cheap price to mine is costing double that, maybe down to where you are in the Uk i guess.

Nice work

Thanks mate , I was shocked when he quoted it me and was worried about how it would pan out but he’s done a really good job. It was driving me mad too , good luck with yours pop some pics up once you get it done ?

I went to 6 bodyshops to get a price on work, prices varied from £600 to £1800!.

One shop even said just put a sticker over it & he was being series, was talking so much shite.Just have balls and say no i dont want to do it ay.

Also if you havnt done it already, make sure you waxoil the inside of the panel and the actual area where all the s**t gets collected that causes it.

I have the inner arch was totally shot too

Mine was totally gone and you can see on the pics the inner was gone too, took the option of cutting and welding rather than treating and painting as know it’s not gonna rear it’s head again

Let's hope it doesn't come back.

To do that properly would be a new quarter. But hey they are an old car, adds character lol

My scooby was the worst being an import too had a bigger job on my STI was immaculate when come over but seemed to deteriorate on the tears within two years

That was my prob, weighing up the value of the car & the work.Only doing it as im keeping the car now, cant find anything else for the money that the Clio does with the running costs of one.

Lol Yorkshire Kyle don’t forget the servicing and belts that’s 10k minimum ? I meant as said above I didn’t want to spend mega money as car is never gonna be worth too money in near future but I do want to keep it and to be nice at same time

A well looked after car will keep going and going. Plus parts are so damn cheap for clios that keeping it in good nick is nice on the pocket
