Clio flipped over into swimming pool!!

A passenger died when a car flipped on to its roof and landed in a swimming pool yesterday. The Renault Clio hit a low wall before spinning into the pool at 12.50am. It is not known if Ashley Brixey, 20, a builder from West Wiltshire, drowned or died from other injuries.

The pool is in a private garden in Limpley Stoke village, near Trowbridge, Wilts. Police were quizzing the 24-year-old driver, of Frome, Somerset, last night. A police spokesman said: “The driver appears to have lost control on a left-hand bend.

must have been going some 2 end up in some1s pool though, unless pool was near roadside which is a bit unlikely

Was probably launched from the small wall. Another case of driving beyond ability and conditions, I did the same when I was 21 drove too fast down a country lane in the wet, fortunately it was only me that got hurt in it, had I had a passenger it would have been the same story as above.

Ive been in someones garden before... but a pools insane...

Problem is, once youre off the black stuff, the car just doesnt slow down enough.

Such a shame to hear the news...
