clio idle problem

I've had a problem with the idle on my 172ph2 the engine chunters. And has m is - fired in morning. I've had it put on diagnostics and it's come back with fault injector circuit.

How's can I rectify this?

Injector on it's way out? You can check them using a multimeter, I think all mine measured about 16 ohms, if it's a lot higher the injector is shot.
