Clio idleing at 3000rpm

My 1.2 clio battery went flat and I charged it using a battery charger, when I started the car it idled at 3000rpm and when I am driving and press clutch to change gear it revs up and down. Any ideas what the problem is? Thanks in advance guys.

Check for leaks on the inlet after the throttle body.

Got it sorted, let all lights on dash go out before starting [emoji4]
