Clio II 1.2 as a first project

Sorry for my bad english. I am looking at a first possible project. Is Clio II 1.2 any good as a project. Not looking for insane power or anything like that. Just some fun time with the car. Tell me your experiences with the car and how did it drive. Thanks in advance.

depends what your ideas are for your project?
They drive nice, are reliable, cheap to fix, don't rust, handle well, looks are a personal preference but assume you like the look since your asking

My ideas are to lower it a tad, get some nice alloys, install better sound system and make it all around nicer to drive
