Clio Mark 3 Air Filter

hi guys, im upgrading to a Clio 3 1.2 TCE in the next few months from a mark 2 1.2 and cant find any K&N or Pipercross air filters in the cone shape ( which i like ) or even panel filters...

Could i not use this Aluminium Alloy Intake Pipe 76mm 3" Inch x 45 Degree Elbow MandrelBend http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321506472113?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

and this ram air cone filter
