Clio MK 5 - front Bumper Removal

Looking to remove the front bumper of my MK5 Clio for some repair work, has any one removed a MK5 clio front bumper? any tips or even better, guides about?

some one while i was in tescos knocked the side and seemed to have bent a bracket holding the front bumper to the arch and front side panel, needs a bit of spray paint, but mainly i want to take the bumper off to see if i can bend a bracket if there is one back out slightly

I don't even bother with taking mine back to Renault anymore!
My injectors went on my 1.2TCE Clio, and they said that they couldn't do it because my Uprated speakers had caused it.
This is along with them saying that because I've had my wheels sprayed they couldn't fix my shock on the left side.
There idiots

I didn't even kno it was 3yr old.
It was just there infront of me without going through pages..
