Clio MK2 Front Fog Lights Not Working

Hello,
I've had this issue for a while now which is that my front front lights do not work on my MK2 Renault Clio DCI 2004. The front fog lights are factory fitted and when the stalk is turned, neither the lights or the symbol activate.

Things I have tried so far:
- checked wiring condition at stalk, wires are fine.
- checked voltage and current at fuse, both are fine
- checked fuse condition, it is fine.
- checked fog lights, both are fine
- checked relay, it is fine
- checked connection at both lights, they are fine.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

My drivers side fog light didnt work on my old 182, so i messed around with the wires behind the passenger wheel arch that feeds the drivers fog(little black box) then it started working after shoving the wires in further.

Is it foggy? If not then you don't need them. If it is and they don't work just put your dipped beam on. HTH.
