Clio mk2 lowering need help

Hi

1st post bit of a newb sorry

ive got a 1999 clio with 17" team dynamics alloys

just wonderin if anyone knows if i can lower it with 17s on it and by how much (sensible amount not slammed)??? would 35mm be ok??,

you wont really notice 35mm mate, ive got mine lowered 50mm on 17's and it still gets over speed bumps etc

depends on the offset mate,

if its around et40 itll be fine,

i lowered my clio on 17s 60mm, had to remove rear splash guards tho.

tyres width is 205 anyone know if the steering will be fine??
