Clio parts - weights

Hi all, just an idea, ive thought about getting a list of all clio parts with weights for people trying to arrange couriers or for people looking to shed weight!

If anyone knows how much certain parts weigh, please post

EXAMPLE : Clio Mk2 door - 35KG.

Cost £6.50 through the PO as a 1st class packet.

I've sent loads of things recently, I'll dig out any reciepts I can find and post up the info.

I personally find it hard to guess weights of things when im trying to arrange a courier.

I only binned all my postage receipts from breaking the flamer last week, would of been ideal for this thread!
each receipt said the weight and the item on, was about 50 of them

Does anyone know the weight of the rear seats? With the amount of stripped clios on here theres bound to be someone

Weighed my rear seats last night.

Double Bench section - 2.9Kg
Single Bench section - 2.54Kg
Double Upright section - 8.39Kg
Single Upright section - 7.8Kg

Was actually very surprised they weighted that much. Checked over again and again to be sure.

Still convinced I've made a mistake somewhere, maybe I have converted them wrong.

These were my readings directly from the scales if anyone wants to double check:

Double Bench section - 6.5Lbs
Single Bench section - 5.6Lbs
Double Upright section - 1 Stone 4.5Lbs
Single Upright section - 1 Stone 3Lbs

I work with couriers like TNT and DHL, they dont care about weights, we see packs weighing 10kgs which say 2kg on the label, its only when it goes above 20kgs they have a check lol
