Clio PH1 on Autotrader

Anyone know this car?

Tempted to go for a gander at it this weekend. Mileage looks to be low which raises my suspicions as almost all their cars have below average miles and quite a few similar numbers quoted.

Car looks clean enough in the pics. Wheel must be worn and the lights look to be modified on the rear.
