clio racing cup questions

i know this will sound like a really stupid question but does anyone know how you go about getting into the racing clio cup compition? i know they take place in germany etc ,ive seen them on eurosport but whats the steps you have to do to race- im not being big headed and thinking im a really good driver by the way, i need serious answers

BIG BUCKS!

have looked into it for the last couple of seasons, decided to stick with karting in the end, Clio Cup is a lot of money, thats just to enter....to be near the top you will need a full team, be a great driver, have racing experience, and an even bigger budget to be able to test/new tyres/transportation etc etc etc

P.S im not sure what licence you need to compete in this particular championship, you would probably need a National A, in which case you would need to get a National B license first, probably need to race in a lesser championship to do that

but if you have the money to do it all.....great!
