Clio RSi 1.8 Mk1 Ph3 Brake Calipers - Where to buy?

I need to get 1 of my calipers replaced on my RSi as the rubber on them is damaged.

I cannot find replacement ones anywhere. eBay seem to have second hand, which I would use if it came to it, but I would like new ones.

Can anyone recommend a good place to get them?
