Clio Spare wheel Sub box

Anyone know where I can get a sub box like this or similar?

I want to re-open this thread as I haven't found anything useful myself. Has anyone in the clio community built a sub into their spare wheel well? I want to build it in so that it is discreet but at the same time keep its quality. I'm using a 12" vibe blackair 2 for the woofer and a blackbox 2 amp... but before I start building an MDF enclosure from scratch I wondered if anyone had a 'how to' or knew of any companies who offer an enclosure already built for the clio wheel well??
