clio sport 182

hi all, i have just bought my bf's clio sport 182 (04) and i want to change a few bits to make it my own. for example i found a new gear stick head i really like but we weren't sure if its something that can be changed due to the fact that its a lift up to reverse one.. any ideas anyone? also, how easy to connect up some subs?!
any info would be great, ta

subs shouldnt be too hard to do, just a matter of getting the wiring through the car. will probably need an aftermarket head unit to get the best out of it.

gear knobs are a bit of a grey area for me, ive tried to remove mine but failed!
