clio sport heater

i know this question will have been asked before but here goes, on putting and turning my key in the ignition my fan in the car is blowing very hard start the car and turn the climate contol off and the fan still blows very hard , i would think that this should be off , the fan just is not going off what so ever ,untill the climate control gets the cabin up to temp then the fan goes slower but as soon as you turn the climate control off the fan blows just as hard again my car is clio sport year is 02

If its been asked before then why didn't you search?! :S

Its the heater fan control/resistor pack, been covered millions of times before do a search for details. Short answer its 100 notes.
