E55, KitCar & '85 Quattro

I'm back!
Right, have inherited a 1.2 16v 2005 Dynamique off my sister with 50k on the clock. So bored driving it on the motorway back to London tonight, so thought of trading it for a 172.. Looking at Piston heads and they are quite cheap!
Recap on my car history: '98 306 1.4, 03' Clio 1.4, '96 Audi S2, '85 Audi quattro, '95 Volvo 950, '98 Cavalier 1.8, '99 Merc E55... and now I have a Robin Hood kit car which has been garaged for about 18months and my sisters clio.
So, how much will I get for the car, or rather, what can I do a pretty much direct swap? I don't want to put any more money into it, my insurance in Clapham on the road is £545/year and would stretch to 850ish...
Off out to Islington for a night out - looking forward to reccomendations!
