Its the wiring, speaker, microphone and aerial for a mobile. Youll then need a cradle for your specific phone

do you do it for any manufacturer - i.e. Nokia, Motorola etc? does it make a difference which phone the cradle is for? and is it set up so that it mutes the radio when the phone rings/is used automatically?

Dear Chairwoman,

There are cradles for various Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola, Panasonic, Siemens and Alcatel phones. It does mute the radio.

i had the option of using this for my pda for either sat nav or phonecalls not not both as both went through 1 port

The microphone is up near the rear view mirror. It uses the cars normal speakers.
