Despite obviously looking fake, that's probably the best effort i've seen! First one i've looked at which is based on the facelift too...

Poor choice of colour, looks like some sort of undercoat.

i've seen the car in the flesh and know the owner, Tim

the pannels are all genuine, the only thing i would change on it is the font end, thats a mk1 v6 bumper with mk2 lights and bonnet

would make a nice project for someone

It's cheap for what it is, knock him down to, say, £2,300-2,500, strip it back, get the height right, little details and respray in a fun colour, could make a bit of money on it...

these do, tim's other cars are a v6 on carbs and a v6 twin turbo

he picked up a load of old stock from TWR, all genuine parts

If you've got money to through at that, then you need your head examined

People who own and drive cars like this probably don't get the right insurance policy and are a risk to themselves and other drivers on the road.

My opinion of course, but it does wind me up. Good luck to him and can see why he's trying to get rid of it!!!!!
