Rory182, spotted yesterday near the top of a feckin huge hill near Callendar. Getting that training/practice in for the Wales MTB trip

If you look in the distance you can see the route we took up from the bit of water waaayyyy in the distance...

Also spotted a couple of Clios on the way up towards Crail - looked like a black RS with stripes, M876 en route to the Kincardine Bridge.

20 miles round trip! It felt further than that though, that pic doesnt do the gradient of the hill justice...

i didnt use any suncream and im only slightly crispy. probably because i was moving a lot faster hehehe

I was slower yes, but I didnt kill myself at least, recovery time (after the gruelling climbs) wasnt bad so Im not too disappointed.

Not bad for a fat boy who did no exercise for 18 months until recently.
