clutch clicking

first time i use the clutch there seems to be no tension there. but as soon as i release it there is tension back.. then its fine. There is like a ratchet sound when i release for the first time. is this normal. its a 182 cup.

does it do it all the time , or only when in gear , have you tried when no gear is selected ???

it only does when i first get in to the car. once only then its fine. i read on the forum somewhere that it could be the abs doing a test?.. i dont know.
