clutch height

Just wondering is there a way to adjust the height if my clutch pedal on my 16v phase 1 coz it sits so bloody high. Can anyone help?

Id like to know the same on a mk1 172

on the valver check that the clutch rubber stopper is still there, follow the clutch pedal up until you get the the top and directly oposite there should be a plastic/rubber stopper thing.

nothing there! looks like the pedal height cant be lowered cheers any ways
