clutch judder

my w plate 172 has a clutch judder is this the sign of it needing a new clutch ???

is clutch fitting a big job on these ??

does it judder when fully on, or when you are releasing it when going into gear?

Could be due to something leaking onto the clutch also, ie rear crank seal leaking oil onto it, does it get better the more you drive? Either way the clutch will need replacing by the sounds of things.

it only does it mainly when its cold when it warms up it dont seem to do it as much it goes in gear fine it just judders when i release the pedel
