Alright guys, need your advice on something.
Got a Mk2 Ph1 1.2 and have been driving it a little while now with 34k on the clock. My mate drove it the other day and mentioned to me how high up the 'biting point' was on the clutch and said that it was only usually that high up on diesel engines. Now I've noticed this too but as I've only ever driven 4 cars (them being an Astra Mk5 1.6i SXi, Saxo 1.1, Golf Mk4 1.9 GT TDi and the clio - just so know know my experience on clutches lol) in my life I wouldn't really know any different.
My mate is an apprentice mechanic for MAN in his second year of training so knows a bit about faults etc. so was hoping to get some advice from the experts
Thanks alot!
