plus how much does it cost to have fitted

Stock is the best realy.

7 hours ish to fit.

iv done 45k my bro is doing the work as he's a mechanic or one of he contacts is just wondering whats gonna be best as i like racing it round tracks and at races

Seems very low 45K.

probably alot of wheel spinning and fierce take offs.

45k isn't impossible twreck the clutches but uncommon what exactly wrong with it the cables can be trouble.

Try Black Diamond in Warrington. Bit of a trip but worth it. They did our sportKA this week. £244, ford wanted over £400. unlimited mileage two year warranty on them as well.
