clutches what fun!

My clutch on mk1 phase 3 is well heavy and whole car judders so i think clucth is on the way out as some of u sed.went to renault got quoted £500 then tried small garage and if i supply the clutch they will do it for £90 amazing! also will it make the clutch lighter?

Any point of getting anything else done while gearbox is out?

£90 IS A GREAT PRICE.CANT REALLY THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU NEED TO REPLACE.

may be worth getting a new self adjuster at the back of the pedal (if the phase 3 has that). Mine ending up being replaced after I got a new clutch and cable as they had become worn on my phase 1
